I planned a surprise Spring Break trip for my son but did not want to spend a lot of money. We stayed from Wednesday, March 18 through Saturday morning, March 21. I was more than pleased with the room, the staff, and the amenities. Prior to our arrival, I read some of the reviews of this hotel and am glad I ignored the comments. The STAFF was GREAT. I like the fact that the front desk is staffed 24 hours. Whenever I called the front desk –wasn’t often– the staff was always friendly and helpful. When I needed things from maintenance and housekeeping, they were quick to help me. The location was great (we were able to walk to Country Club Plaza), the room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. They offered breakfast and the seating area for diners was cozy. I really liked that. The ONLY issue I had with the hotel (and it really was not their fault) is that we could not find a menu/guide on the television so it was frustrating to find shows to watch. My son has already said he wants to return and wants to stay at Best Western/Seville again.

We were pleased with this hotel because it was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay. The employees were extremely helpful and the shuttle service is a great convenience.
